Gymnastics for the cheeks

Starting at the top of the cheeks
- Puff out your cheeks, hold the air for three seconds and suddenly relax them. Repeat 10 times.
- Puff out your cheeks and move the air from side to side - repeat 10 times;
- Inflate your cheeks, move the air from top to bottom and back (feel what happens to your neck) - repeat 10 times;
- Inflate your cheeks again and slowly, with effort, distill the air in a circle - repeat 10 times.
- Puff out your cheeks and blow out the air in jerks through pursed lips. Repeat 10 times.
- Puff out your cheeks again and blow air out of one corner of your lips, and then out of the other - repeat 10 times;
- Now try to repeat the same thing, blowing air out of the upper lip - repeat 10 times.
These exercises have not only a cosmetic effect, they also massage the gums and the inner surface of the cheeks.
- Puff out your cheeks again and, clasping them with your palms, press your hands on your cheeks, feel how strong they are.
- Place the middle of the palm on the lips, fingers cover the cheeks. Start smiling as your cheeks lift and your fingers resist. After each lifting of the cheeks - relaxation. After 10 “smiles”, change hands and repeat 10 more times.
- Do the exercise "horse" 3-4 times.
Exercises for the lower part of the cheeks
- Cover the lower lip with the upper lip, and then the upper lip with the lower lip. Repeat 10 times.
- Lift your face up, open your mouth and point your lower lip towards your nose. Repeat 10 times.
- Open your mouth and, stretching your lips forward, smack your lips. Repeat 10 times.
The horse exercise will help you relax tense muscles.
