Ingredients:

  • soft cottage cheese - 400 g
  • egg - 2 pieces
  • flour with baking powder - 200 g
  • raisins - ½ cup
  • candied oranges - ½ cup
  • ground almonds - 1 tablespoon
  • sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • vanillin - 1 pinch
  • butter - 20 g
  • powdered sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste

Cheesecake

Cooking:

  1. Whisk the whites into a strong foam.
  2. Separately, mix cottage cheese, yolks, salt and sugar with a mixer, add vanillin.
  3. Add finely chopped almonds, zest, raisins or any candied fruits and mix thoroughly again.
  4. Gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder.
  5. Mix gently beaten proteins with curd mass.
  6. We spread the curd mass in a mold greased with butter.
  7. Bake at 190ºС until golden brown for 40 minutes.
  8. Then we take out the form with the cake, shake it slightly so that it moves away from the form, turn it over and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
