Ingredients:
- soft cottage cheese - 400 g
- egg - 2 pieces
- flour with baking powder - 200 g
- raisins - ½ cup
- candied oranges - ½ cup
- ground almonds - 1 tablespoon
- sugar - 4 tablespoons
- vanillin - 1 pinch
- butter - 20 g
- powdered sugar - 3 tablespoons
- salt - to taste
Cooking:
- Whisk the whites into a strong foam.
- Separately, mix cottage cheese, yolks, salt and sugar with a mixer, add vanillin.
- Add finely chopped almonds, zest, raisins or any candied fruits and mix thoroughly again.
- Gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder.
- Mix gently beaten proteins with curd mass.
- We spread the curd mass in a mold greased with butter.
- Bake at 190ºС until golden brown for 40 minutes.
- Then we take out the form with the cake, shake it slightly so that it moves away from the form, turn it over and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
