Capelin marinated at home is so tasty and tender. I love this recipe very much, I’ll take half a kilo of fresh-frozen capelin, make such a fish, and with jacket potatoes .... Mmm .. You know - this is really very tasty. Get ready, you won't regret it!

Ingredients:
0.5 kg.
fresh-frozen capelin; water - 350 ml;
salt - 2 tsp;
sugar - 1 tsp;
3 bay leaves;
cloves - 3 pieces;
black peppercorns - 10 pcs.;
mustard seeds - 3 tsp;
vinegar 9% - 4 tsp
Capelin marinated at home.

Mix water with salt, sugar, black peppercorns, bay leaf, cloves.
Bring to a boil, when boiling add vinegar. Cool the resulting marinade, add mustard seeds.
Pour marinade over fish.
Put the fish in the refrigerator for 12 hours. After 12 hours, stir again, and leave for a day.
A day later, the fish is ready.
