Soul charlotte turns out!


  • medium-sized apples - 4-5 pcs
  • sugar - 180 gr
  • kefir - 1 glass
  • soda - 0.5 tsp
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • vanilla - on the tip of a knife
  • flour - 1.5 cups


  1. Whisk eggs with sugar.
  2. In kefir, add flour, soda and vanilla (optional), add beaten eggs. The dough turns out like thick sour cream.
  3. In a greased form, pour part of the dough.
  4. Put a few pitted cherries and apples cut into thin slices on the dough, put a few cherries on top again.
  5. Sprinkle a little sugar on top of the apples.
  6. Pour the rest of the dough on top.
  7. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
