Ingredients:

  • ground cinnamon - a pinch
  • zira (cumin) - a pinch
  • cloves - 4 pcs.
  • cardamom - 4 pcs.
  • water - 500 ml
  • ginger - a piece the size of a large cherry
  • green tea - 1 tbsp. l.
  • lemon - 1/4 pc.

The ingredients are for 2 cups of tea.

How to make ginger tea with lemon:

Peel and grate the ginger.
Put it in a teapot, which must first be doused with boiling water.

Add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.

Pour boiling water over everything and leave for 5-6 minutes.

Pour green ginger tea into a strainer and pour over with boiling water.
Then transfer to a teapot with spices and infuse, stirring for another 5 minutes.

Before serving, add lemon juice to the teapot.
