A simple method for high blood pressure and headaches

I want to share my experience of getting rid of headaches. At one time, my blood pressure jumped very strongly, which brought me severe suffering in the form of spasms of cerebral vessels. The pain was so wild that it was often accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

And so, when none of the pharmacy products helped me, I decided to resort to traditional medicine. At that moment, I was ready to try anything, if only my torment would stop.

Once my friend advised me to be treated with saline solutions. Then I did not attach much importance to this, considering it nonsense. But when there was nowhere to go, I decided to try. And I'll tell you, it works! The recipe is simple to disgrace.,

A simple method for high blood pressure and headaches

You will need:

  • 250 ml of water heated to 60-70 degrees
  • 2 tsp topless salt
  • wide gauze

Preparation and application:

We dissolve the salt in water, while obtaining an 8% solution.

While the solution is cooling, prepare the dressing. To do this, fold the gauze in 8 layers so that the width of the bandage corresponds to the width of the forehead, and the length corresponds to the circumference of the head. Quickly wash the forehead, ears and neck with warm water. After that, we dip the bandage in a saline solution, and, having slightly squeezed, we tie her head around the circumference.

To fix the compress on the head, use a cotton towel or cloth. After that, you need to lie down and keep the bandage until the pain disappears completely. I had it almost immediately, but just in case, I kept the bandage for another two hours. In general, the compress can be kept up to 15 hours.

The most interesting thing is that such a simple technique normalizes blood pressure and relieves headaches forever. So I highly recommend this method. I'm sure you won't regret it!
