In today's publication you will find a wonderful recipe that will appeal to all your loved ones, because the breast cooked in this way is especially juicy and tasty!
Meet Chicken Boats with Vegetables!
So, for cooking we need:
Chicken breast - 1 pc.
Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
Bulgarian sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Cheese - 80 g
Sour cream - 2 teaspoons
Salt, seasonings for poultry meat - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon
Let's start cooking.
Cut the prepared vegetables into small cubes. We use only one tomato: we will need the other two to make the "substrate".
We rub the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the greens.
We combine all the ingredients. We mix.
We form chicken boats. Remove the skin from the breast and discard it. We separate the fillet from the bone, getting two identical pieces of meat.
With a sharp knife, we make an incision first in the center of the fillet, and then a little to the sides, forming a “pocket” for the filling.
Lubricate the resulting "boats" well with a mixture of vegetable oil, salt and spices from the outside and from the inside.
Cut the tomatoes into circles and put them on the bottom of a refractory form.
Tightly fill the "pockets" with stuffing.
Lubricate the surface of the filling with sour cream.
We send the form to the oven, heated to 190 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. After the specified time, turn off the oven and keep the meat without opening the door for another 10 minutes. Then we serve our boats to the table. Bon appetit!
