If you can’t imagine a tea party without a delicious candy, but really want to be slim, it’s time to switch to healthy desserts. Many people think that slimness and sweetness are not compatible, but this is not so. Proper nutrition just involves the use of tasty, but healthy. And what could be more useful than dried fruits?

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr dates
  • 100 gr sesame
  • 150 gr cashews
  • 250 gr dried apricots
  • 50 gr sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp orange peel
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cardamom

Cooking:

1. Clean the dates from the stones and soak with dried apricots in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Grind in a meat grinder (if you want a more homogeneous structure) or in a blender (if you want to feel the pieces).

2. Lightly roast nuts and 50 g of sesame in a pan or oven and add to dried fruits. Add the seeds, a spoonful of orange peel, cinnamon and cardamom. Mix thoroughly.

3. Form sausages from the resulting mass, roll them in sesame seeds. Send to the refrigerator and take out after a couple of hours.
