Ingredients
- 250 g dry jelly
- 3 art. l. wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 10 g baking powder
Cooking
- Mash the block of jelly and add flour and baking powder to it. All this is sifted.
- Beat the eggs separately until fluffy. Now slowly pour the eggs into the dry mixture , stirring thoroughly. Mix it all until smooth. Your dough is ready.
- Pour the finished mixture into a baking dish , after greasing it with butter and sprinkling with flour. Bake the cake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then take out , cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.
- In general , the cake is ready and you can already eat it , or you can conjure a little more. You can cut the cake into two parts and coat with cooked cream. You can make a classic sour cream or just grease the cakes with jam.
- Top the cake can be decorated with berries or sprinkled with coconut. Here you can already experiment as you like. From a simple biscuit you can make a chic cake.
