Ingredients

  • 250 g dry jelly
  • 3 art. l. wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 10 g baking powder

Cooking

  1. Mash the block of jelly and add flour and baking powder to it. All this is sifted.
  2. Beat the eggs separately until fluffy. Now slowly pour the eggs into the dry mixture , stirring thoroughly. Mix it all until smooth. Your dough is ready.
  3. Pour the finished mixture into a baking dish , after greasing it with butter and sprinkling with flour. Bake the cake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then take out , cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.
  4. In general , the cake is ready and you can already eat it , or you can conjure a little more. You can cut the cake into two parts and coat with cooked cream. You can make a classic sour cream or just grease the cakes with jam.
  5. Top the cake can be decorated with berries or sprinkled with coconut. Here you can already experiment as you like. From a simple biscuit you can make a chic cake.
