Hello! Today at home, I will cook Savoyardi or Ladyfingers cookies.

Ingredients:

Powdered sugar-30 g

Yolks-2 pcs.

Squirrels-3 pcs.

Flour-65 g

Sugar-60 g

Cooking method:

We separate the proteins from the yolks, we need 3 proteins and 2 yolks.

To 2 yolks, add half the sugar and beat with a mixer until a fluffy light mass.

Pour the remaining sugar to the proteins and beat until stable peaks.

In several steps, add 65 grams of flour and whipped whites to the yolks, gently mix with a spatula from top to bottom, transfer the resulting dough into a pastry bag with a nozzle.

We cover the baking sheet in which we will bake with parchment paper and squeeze strips 6-8 centimeters long from the dough, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.

We send it to a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes, let the finished savoiardi cool. Transfer to a plate.
