- Close the lid and hold for a couple of minutes.
- Take out the tomatoes and let them cool.
- Add bell peppers to vegetables.
- Fry everything together for 2 minutes.
- Close the lid and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Peel the skin off the tomatoes. After warming up, this is very easy.
- Dice the tomatoes and add them to the rest of the vegetables.
Adjust to desired taste:
Salt, pepper, add a little vinegar or lemon juice, sugar. Seasoning as desired.
- Mix everything and close the lid.
- Leave to simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
Put the fish in vegetables, pour a little water on the bottom.
Let the fish and vegetables simmer for 10 minutes.
