Meat in mustard marinade

Very simple and most importantly very tasty. Try it and you are sure to cook meat like this more than once.

INGREDIENTS

Chicken fillet -600gr.

Mustard -1 tsp

Mayonnaise or sour cream -3 tbsp.

Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Salt -1/2 tsp

Black pepper - to taste

Suneli hops - to taste

Carrot-2pcs.

Cheese -100g.

COOKING METHOD

Chicken breast fillet 600 grams cut into cubes, you can take from the hips.

Put in a bowl, add half tsp. salt, black pepper, suneli hop seasoning, 3 tbsp. sour cream or mayonnaise, to your taste. Add lemon juice 1 tsp, for convenience I buy ready-made lemon juice. Add 1 tsp. mustard.

Mix everything well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes, you can leave it overnight in the refrigerator.

Grate 2 medium carrots on a coarse grater, grate 100 grams of cheese on a coarse grater.

We put the meat on a baking sheet, put the raw carrots on top, add a little salt.

Sprinkle with cheese and put in a preheated oven, cook at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
