  • Kefir - 1 cup or 150-200 grams of 15-20% sour cream
  • Eggs - 2-3 pieces
  • Baking powder or soda - 1 teaspoon (or 0.5 teaspoon), respectively
  • Butter - 50 gr
  • Sunflower oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons

How to cook a tender and crumbly mannik:

1. Pour semolina with kefir or sour cream. Mix and leave for 30-60 minutes.

Due to the fact that semolina contains a high level of starch and a low level of fiber, it is light and quickly absorbed by the stomach.

2. Beat eggs with sugar.

3. Add eggs beaten with sugar to semolina with kefir.

1. Melt the butter and leave to cool.

How to cook mannik with cottage cheese and raisins:
