Make a mixture of the juice of 2 lemons and 2 glasses of water.

Day 13
Make a mixture of the juice of 1 lemon and 1 cup of water.

Day 14
Make a mixture of the juice of 3 lemons and 10 glasses of water.

You should rinse your mouth after drinking this mixture to prevent damage to your tooth enamel due to citric acid. This diet is not recommended for people with gastrointestinal problems. You should also avoid eating unhealthy things like white bread, pasta, pastries, alcohol, chips, artificial sweeteners and sugar.
