It seems to be the most ordinary ingredients, but the taste is simply delicious. Try it and see for yourself, it's quite simple.

INGREDIENTS

For chicken wings:

Wings -700g.

Seasoning Festive

"Magic Tree" - 1-2 tsp

Salt -1 tsp (incomplete)

Vegetable oil -2-3 tbsp.

For rice:

Rice -350gr.

Water -700ml.

Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Carrot -1 pc.

Garlic - 4-5 teeth

Bay leaf -2 pcs.

COOKING METHOD

First, prepare the wings, I cut them into 2 parts. Wings weight 700 grams. I add an incomplete ch.l. salt, pour 2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil and add seasoning to the meat. About a little more than a teaspoon or to your taste. Here paprika, mustard seeds, onion, garlic, cumin, pepper.

Stir and leave for 30 minutes. During this time, prepare the rice. Grate carrots for Korean carrots or cut into strips, cut the onion into cubes. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, put the onion and fry until translucent.

Add carrots, fry everything together for about 1 minute and add well-washed rice, I have round rice 350 grams, mix, add half a tsp. salt, black pepper to taste. And immediately remove from the fire.

We grease the baking sheet with oil, put the prepared rice and fill it with water in a ratio of 1 to 2, I have 350 grams of rice, so I pour 700 ml. water. Put prepared wings on top.

We put 4-5 cloves of garlic, bay leaf, a couple of leaves. Cover with foil and place in preheated oven. I like rice to be tender, so I cook at 200 degrees for 1 hour under foil and 30 minutes without foil.

You can reduce the time if you want the rice to be fluffy for 40 minutes under foil and 20 minutes without foil. Wings can be replaced with other parts of the chicken if desired.

We serve the finished dish to the table with a vegetable salad. The rice is tender and the wings just melt in your mouth.
