  • chicken fillet - 700 gr;
  • sweet and sour apple - 2 pcs.;
  • bacon - 200 gr;
  • cheese - 100 gr;
  • large chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 2 heads;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • semolina - 4-5 tbsp. spoons;
  • fresh fat - 100 gr;
  • natural yogurt - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • table salt - 1 teaspoon without a "slide";
  • seasonings - optional.

How to cook chicken cutlets with apples:

Many hostesses cooked chicken with apples in the oven. And if you make meatballs out of this dietary meat with the same fruits? It will turn out even more delicious!

Rinse the chicken thoroughly. Dry slightly with paper towels. Cut films.

Divide the meat into small pieces.

Cut the fat into chunks.

Wash apples. Cut off the skin. Remove core.

Cut fruit into slices.

Peel garlic with onion.

Skip chicken fillet with apples, onions, bacon and garlic in a meat grinder.

Pour yogurt into the minced meat.

Add any hard cheese grated on a coarse grater.

Pour semolina with seasonings and salt into minced meat.

Crack a large egg into the mixture.

How to knead the resulting composition so that it becomes as homogeneous as possible.

Lightly wetting your palms in water, form chicken cutlets with apples and cheese.

Wrap each piece in turn with a strip of bacon.

Prepare a large refractory baking dish. Put the meat preparations in this container.

For 15-17 minutes, send the chicken cutlets with the original filling to the preheated oven.

Bake at 190 degrees.
