For example, I cook french fries, which children love very much. Because it's delicious. And I'm glad it's not bad.

America is not open. I'm just telling you how I cook such potatoes for my children. And myself)

Peeled potatoes cut into cubes, 1 cm thick.

Then we dry it on a paper towel or simply lay it on a plank in 1 layer and let it lie down.

!Important! Before putting the potatoes in the oven. it must be dry.

Then put the sticks in a bowl, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, at your discretion. Then you can just salt or add seasonings. I have some cumin today, a pinch of basil and nutmeg.

It turns out very tasty with dried dill and even sesame seeds!

Mix the potatoes with butter and spices with your hands. Then we put it on a baking sheet in 1 layer (this is important!) And send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

After 10 minutes, gently mix with a spatula so that the potatoes lie in 1 layer, and return to the oven until cooked. The temperature can be increased up to 200 degrees.

I also cook potato wedges - I don’t peel potatoes - I wash them with an iron sponge. I cut into slices, mix with oil and spices and in the oven in one layer. You don't need to mix the slices.
