Up to 25 years old

In general, the age of 20 to 25 years is the time when you do not need to worry about youthful skin. The human body stops growing at the age of 21-24, and aging begins, as a result, after 25 years.

Now we do not touch on individual cases when a girl with problem skin needs treatment from a qualified specialist.

Until the age of 25, you can limit yourself to basic care, consisting of:

  • cleansing;
  • toning;
  • moisturizing;
  • applying sunscreen.

The first signs of skin aging begin to appear: dryness, creases, wrinkles. Often this is due to the anatomical features of the skin and facial expressions. Problems can be exacerbated during periods of stress, lack of sleep, as a result of frequent air travel. During this period, home care is still relevant, based on the 4 principles listed above. To “help” the skin recover on its own, you can turn to salon procedures.

Effective will be:

  • mesotherapy with vitamin cocktails;
  • gas-liquid peeling;
  • ultrasonic cleaning;
  • courses of chemical peelings (number of procedures - on the recommendation of a specialist).

Unwanted or premature procedures before the age of 30 are:

  • biorevitalization with hyaluronic acid;
  • various kinds of polishing;
  • reinforcement with threads;
  • fillers (if the indication is not facial disproportion);
  • botox.

30-40 years old

In this age period, a woman should visit a beautician at least 2 times a year, at least just so that the specialist can assess the condition of the skin, correct home care if necessary, and also recommend a further plan of action.

In home care, in addition to products aimed at high-quality cleansing and moisturizing / nourishing the skin, facial gymnastics should be present. So you can maintain muscle tone and delay the onset of ptosis.

From professional procedures in care it is recommended to include:

  • mesotherapy 2-3 times a year (according to indications);
  • biorevitalization 2 times a year (also according to indications).

At this age interval, it is not the number of procedures that matters, but rather their regularity.

40-50 years old

After 40 years, a woman begins to notice more intense crow's feet, nasolabial folds, brow creases, wrinkles on the forehead, wrinkles on the neck. There is an important rule here: injections should be included in personal care when age-related changes move from dynamic to static. That is, you wrinkled your forehead, and the creases did not disappear within 1-2 minutes, but remained in place.

Effectively restore the skin:

  • different types of biorevitalization;
  • reinforcement with threads;
  • fractional laser photothermolysis;
  • plasmolifting.

Do not get involved in botulinum therapy. Very often, women who first resorted to Botox and noted its wow effect become literally hostages of this procedure. Do not forget that Botox becomes addictive and after a while it ceases to be "perceived" by the muscles of the face. The same goes for fillers. A large amount of hyaluronic acid under the skin looks unnatural and can even highlight the problem.

In a general sense, due to the development of aesthetic cosmetology, skin care during this period is similar in many respects to the previous one. Home care should include products fortified with nutrients and vitamins. Gymnastics for the face still has an effect.

When it comes to in-salon treatments, the focus is shifting from procedures that stimulate skin regeneration to injection therapy. Median peels, plasmolifting, fillers - all this will provide the desired effect if the procedures are carried out in the recommended volume and with a certain frequency. The tactics of Botox administration is slightly changing: in the age range of 50-60 years, a drug containing Botox should be injected more often, but in smaller quantities. This is due to the fact that muscles naturally lose their tone with age, and this technique helps to achieve a natural rejuvenation effect.

Reinforcement with threads and more "heavy artillery" - a surgical facelift or individual parts will also have a good effect.

Of this age group, patients who first applied to a cosmetologist are of particular difficulty for specialists.

As you can see, nothing complicated. The main thing is to find a competent specialist and take care of the skin in accordance with its needs, and not imposed by advertising.

  1. I haven’t even gone to a beautician, it’s too expensive, and yet I look better than my peers, I just eat the right food and drink Evalar’s hyaluronic acid in courses (I order it in the Fitomarket online store, it’s more convenient and more profitable), so your Beauty and youth are only in your hands!
