A quick recipe for lightly salted cucumbers will please both the housewives, because the appetizer is prepared quite elementarily, and the household, because the cucumbers are incredibly tasty and appetizing. Quick pickled cucumbers

There are a lot of recipes for pickling cucumbers, but the most valuable are those that do not take much time. Well, if the result after salting is beyond praise, then such a recipe is destined to be in the cookbook of every housewife. Just a day in mineral water - and it's time to enjoy a crispy treat. We recommend salting small, young cucumbers with dark skin, and best of all - straight from the garden! So let's get started.


  • 1 l highly carbonated mineral water
  • 1 kg fresh cucumbers
  • 3 art. l. salt
  • bunch of dill
  • 1 head of garlic

The recipe for salted cucumbers in mineral water is ridiculously simple, even a child can handle it!


  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and cut off the tips on both sides.
  2. Wash the dill, peel the garlic and cut into slices.
  3. Spread half a bunch of dill evenly on the bottom of the pickling container, and spread the prepared cucumbers on top. Lay the remaining dill and garlic on top of the cucumbers.
  4. In mineral water, dilute 3 tbsp. l. salt, pour cucumbers with brine, cover the container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for a day. After that, it's time to feast on an amazing snack!
  5. It is necessary to store such an appetizer in the refrigerator, although we strongly doubt that a day after salting, at least a piece will remain from a portion of tidbits.

It is impossible to wait until such unrealistically tasty cucumbers are pickled. The saliva is flowing! Fragrant and crispy lightly salted cucumbers will be an excellent addition to fried or baked potatoes, decorate a summer salad, and it’s the very thing for barbecue. Prepare for sure!
