 Found a great reason to once again get off the couch. A complex of only 3 super exercises will fit in the duration of the commercial break. Make good use of your time! And the reward for your efforts (not so strong, by the way) will be the reflection of your toned and elastic body in the mirror.

These are static exercises, you don’t really have to swing your arms and legs: take the right position and linger in it for a while. The duration of each exercise is from 30 seconds to 1 minute. When you feel a burning sensation in your muscles, overcome yourself and endure another 10 seconds. It is at this time that active fat burning will begin.

1. "Forward and up"

Starting position: feet shoulder-width apart, arms extended along the body. Perform a half-squat, simulating a landing on a chair, at the same time lift and stretch your arms up. Keep your back as straight as possible.

Important! During the exercise, the abdominal muscles should be as tense as possible. Control your posture.

2. "Bridge"

Starting position: lying on your back, bend your knees, and spread your arms to the sides. Straighten and strain one leg, lift it up. Tighten the muscles of the thighs and buttocks, pushing the pelvis up. Repeat with the other leg.

Important! Make sure that the pelvis does not “sag”, and that the extended leg forms one line with the press.

3. "Folder"

Starting position: stand on your right knee, lean on the floor with your right hand, straighten and strain your left leg, and throw your left hand behind your head. Perform side "folding" of the body. Do not stretch your elbow too much towards your leg. Repeat steps for the other side of the body.

Important! Do not forget about the muscles of the press, control that the body does not fall back and does not move forward. Stand like a rock.
