  • 80 gr walnuts

Cooking:

Dry in a pan and chop the walnuts. Grind the cookies in a blender or rolling pin and add to the nut mass.

In a separate saucepan, mix sugar with cocoa, add milk and bring to a boil. Add butter and chopped nuts with cookies. Mix well. Form a sausage from the resulting mass and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

"Sausage" with straws

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg vanilla straw
  • 100 gr butter
  • 0.5 kg of toffee or candy "cow"

Cooking:

Melt toffees and butter in a water bath, stirring constantly. Arrange the straws in one row on baking paper, greased with butter. Pour the hot butterscotch and butter mixture over the straws and spread well. Roll the straw into a roll and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

"Sausage" from corn sticks

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr sweet corn sticks
  • 400 gr soft toffees
  • 150 gr butter

Cooking:

Melt toffees and butter in a water bath, stirring constantly. Add corn sticks to the mixture. Mix well. Form the resulting mass into a sausage and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Anthill

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr shortbread biscuits
  • 150 gr walnuts
  • 100 gr butter
  • boiled condensed milk - 1 can
  • 1 st. poppy spoon

Cooking:

Beat the butter with condensed milk with a mixer, crush the cookies. Add chopped nuts and butter with condensed milk to the liver. Mix thoroughly. Put the mass in the shape of a pyramid, sprinkle with poppy seeds and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Bounty

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 350 gr coconut flakes
  • 200 gr chocolate

Cooking:

Mix coconut flakes with condensed milk and make small sausages from the mass. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and dip each coconut sausage into it. Send to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Rafaelki

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 200 gr butter
  • 200 gr coconut flakes
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 sachet of vanillin

Cooking:

Thoroughly mix butter, vanilla, condensed milk and coconut flakes. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour. Roast the almonds in a dry frying pan.

Shape the coconut mass into balls by placing 1 almond inside each ball. Roll each ball in coconut flakes. Send the dessert to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Sherbet

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr butter
  • 2 white chocolate bars
  • 100 gr walnuts
  • dried fruits and raisins - to taste

Cooking:

Melt the white chocolate and soften the butter. Cut dried fruits, chop nuts. Mix all the ingredients, make small tiles from the resulting mass. Send to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Cake from childhood

Ingredients:

  • soft cookies
  • milk
  • sour cream
  • cottage cheese
  • sugar
  • fruits, nuts, chocolate - optional

Cooking:

Dip each cookie into milk and arrange in a square. Spread the filling of sour cream, cottage cheese and sugar on top. If desired, the cake can be poured with chocolate or fruit and nuts can be added to the filling.

Marshmallow Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg marshmallow
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 300 gr butter
  • cookies - 6 pieces

Cooking:

Beat eggs with sugar, add milk. Cook the mixture over low heat until boiling. Add butter to cream. Spread the cake in layers - marshmallows, cream, crushed cookies and refrigerate for a couple of hours. If desired, the cake can be decorated with nuts or grated chocolate.

Gingerbread Cake

Ingredients:

  • 350 gr gingerbread
  • 350 gr sour cream
  • 100 gr butter
  • chocolate
  • powdered sugar
  • coconut flakes

Cooking:

Make a mixture of sour cream, butter, chocolate, powdered sugar, coconut flakes. Lay out the gingerbread in the form of a pyramid and fill with the mixture.

truffle sweets

Ingredients:

  • boiled condensed milk
  • butter
  • nuts
  • milk formula
  • cocoa powder
  • chocolate

Cooking:

Mix all ingredients and make small balls. Roll the balls in coconut or chocolate chips and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Jelly cake "Garden of Eden"

Ingredients:

  • jelly - 4 sachets
  • low-fat sour cream - half a liter
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • instant gelatin - 40 gr
  • 150 ml water
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
  • berries and fruits

Cooking:

Dissolve the jelly in boiled water. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly. Whisk sugar with sour cream. Add gelatin to sour cream. Place in the refrigerator to harden.

Cut the frozen jelly into pieces and place on the dessert base, mixing with fruits and berries. Pour sour cream over dessert and refrigerate overnight.
