Tomato tapenade

In fact, I have nothing to say about this recipe, except that it is very tasty. For some reason, not everyone likes the classic tapenade, but many will like the taste of this.

WILL NEED:

- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 25 g pitted olives
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp.
lemon juice - approx.
70 g olive oil - 1 tsp
rosemary leaves - a pinch of dried oregano
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients in a blender to your desired consistency.
I like to keep small pieces. Serve with toast, pasta, grilled meat and poultry. You can also spread tapenade on a rectangle of puff pastry, cut it into pieces and bake
