Amazing baking without sugar and flour Ingredients:

  • apples - 2 pieces
  • oatmeal - 150 grams
  • cottage cheese - 100 grams
  • honey - 50 grams
  • eggs - 3 pieces
  • kefir - 50 ml
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
  • vegetable oil

Cooking:

Grind oatmeal with a blender to a state of flour.

Add baking powder and mix.

Knead the cottage cheese with a fork, add honey and kefir, beat with a blender until smooth.

Add eggs, cinnamon and mix with a whisk. Then we introduce oatmeal with baking powder, mix again.

Peeled apples cut into small pieces.

Lubricate the form with vegetable oil, put a piece of parchment on the bottom.

Put the apples on the bottom, put the dough on top.

Shake the mold lightly so that the dough is evenly distributed.

Bake at 180 C for 30-35 minutes.
