Diet Chicken Pancakes - Protein Bomb!

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 600 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Milk - 150 ml
Flour - 50–70 g
Parmesan - 100 g
Salt - to taste
Black pepper (ground) - to taste
Onion - 1 pc.

Cooking:

We make minced meat from chicken fillet and onions, add milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
Blend in a blender until smooth and homogeneous. Grate the cheese.
Add cheese and flour to the chicken mass, mix well.
Fry the pancakes in a frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
Serve pancakes with sour cream and vegetables.
