A delicious pie with vegetables and meat is usually called "Rustic" because of the affordable, simple products and ease of preparation. The taste of such a pie will not leave anyone indifferent, so you can safely prepare a new dish for dinner.

For the test

    potatoes 200 g; wheat flour 200 g; egg 1 pc.; butter 50 g; salt to taste.

For filling

    pork or prepared minced pork 0.5 kg; bell pepper 2 pcs.; tomato 1 pc.; onion 2 small heads; milk 100 ml; eggs 2 pcs.; ground black pepper, salt to taste;

Step by step cooking

First of all, you need to boil the potatoes, make mashed potatoes, adding to it the rest of the ingredients necessary for the future test. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. If necessary, add more flour. Lubricate the baking dish with butter beforehand. Spread the potato dough evenly over the form so that the bottom is closed and the sides turn out. Fry for a few minutes, add diced vegetables. Fry over low heat until tender. Prepare the filling by mixing milk with eggs. Salt the filling, pepper to taste. Put the finished filling into a mold, evenly distribute. Pour the prepared egg-milk mixture. Send the pie to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. This dish is best served warm.
