In addition to meat and potatoes, fresh tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, carrots, as well as onions and garlic are added to the roast.
To prepare a roast at home, you will need the following products:
- Pork - 800 g (it is preferable to take the neck, which will remain juicy and tender during cooking);
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
- Carrot;
- Onion;
- Bay leaf;
- Fresh greens;
- Water - 3.5 tbsp.;
- Potatoes - 1 kg.;
- Flour;
- Vegetable oil;
- Spices.

To prepare a dish with vegetables, you will need the following ingredients:
- Onion;
- 500 g of chicken;
- Vegetable oil;
- Carrot;
- A few cloves of garlic;
- Bay leaf;
- Large potatoes - 5 pcs.;
- Water - 2 tbsp.;
- Greens and spices.
Cooking:
- We cut the chicken carcass, clean it from the insides and remove the remnants of feathers.
Then wash the chicken, wipe off excess moisture and divide into parts (about 10 parts should work). We do not use the neck and back for cooking roasts. - The remaining pieces are peeled.
