It is not necessary to sign up for cooking classes to learn interesting technologies and recipes - there is a website for this. You don’t need to spend half a day in the kitchen to cook amazingly delicious fish - buy a pita leaf and butter in addition.
The recipe for fish in pita bread surprises even those who are lucky enough to taste the delights in the best restaurants. And all because there is nothing superfluous at all. Buy better quality oil, thinner pita bread and a juicier tomato. Everything you can cook.
Ingredients
- Fish - 1 pc.
- Lavash - 2-3 pcs.
- Butter - 100 g
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Dill - 1 bunch.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper (ground) - to taste
- Seasoning for fish - to taste
Cooking
- Wash the fish, cut off the fins and head, make an incision on the abdomen.
- Slice ripe tomatoes.
- Spread the pita bread on a clean work surface. Brush each sheet with butter.
- Put the fish on one of them. Add spices.
- Cut the butter into pieces. Chop the dill. Stuff the fish with oil, herbs, and tomatoes.
- Wrap the fish in one sheet. Turn the roll over, and now wrap it in a second sheet so that it covers the fish from all sides. You can use another sheet. Then wrap everything in foil.
- Set the oven temperature to 180°C. Send the fish to bake for about an hour.
To prepare such a dish, we advise you to choose less bony varieties of fish, because after that you will not separate the pita bread from the fillet and serve it separately. Lavash sheets are soaked in oil and green juice. The fish is soft and tasty. Make your dinner varied and your family happy.
