Another favorite potato recipe in the oven! Very delicate, with a creamy taste and cheese aroma! Preparing is simple, but there is one secret.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 500 ml kefir
- 1 pc onion
- 3 tooth garlic
- 150-200 gr cheese
- salt, seasoning for potatoes
- vegetable oil for frying
Steps
I prepared everything, I have 1% kefir. And I’ll immediately reveal a little secret, if kefir is very sour, dilute it in half with water. Then the potatoes will cook faster.
Cut the onion into half rings and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Cut the potatoes into thin circles, send them to a baking dish. Salt, spices, fried onions and 2/3 cheese (grated on a coarse grater) are also here. Pour everything with kefir and mix well.
Cooking in a preheated oven, at a temperature of 180 degrees. After 30-35 minutes, take out and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. put back in the oven and cook for another 15 minutes.
