Greetings to all those losing weight who looked at my blog.
Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to a healthy diet and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my weight loss process is going from 132.2 kg (with a height of 173 cm), share recipes and experience.
Currently, I managed to get rid of 54 kg.
I don't know about you, but I had a great weekend. Finally, I had a rest and forgot about work all day (on Saturday), did not count a single calorie and had a good time with relatives.
And how nice it became to go to a clothing store when you take size 48 - and it's just right for you. Now I'm ready for winter. Slowly I buy myself essentials, trying not to spend money on clothes yet.
Also, for the first time in more than a year and a half, I ate a piece of cake that was not prepared according to the PP recipe. I could not resist trying the wonderful chocolate cake that my mother-in-law prepared for our arrival.
This Saturday was my boot day. And I am more and more convinced that such days are necessary and I regret that at the initial stage of my journey I did not even allow myself a cheat mil (it would be much easier psychologically and, perhaps, would have avoided a plateau).
I had Sunday breakfast at a party and, as they say, “expensive is rich”. We decided to walk, so walk - we don’t often get together.
For breakfast, sandwiches on whole grain bread (about 60 g) with curd cheese (about 20 g) and slightly salted salmon (about 80 g).
Breakfast turned out to be about 360 kcal.
I never change green tea, it is my constant companion.
We left home closer to dinner and stopped at the market on Losinka (Muscovites probably know about it). And there, in my favorite kiosk, I finally bought myself dried fruits and nuts.
Now I am supplied with my favorite dried mango (someone asked the country of origin - Vietnam) and took a sample of dried cranberries. I am also delighted with cranberries - now I will buy it if possible. Both mango and cranberry are not very sweet. Mango has its own peculiar taste, and cranberries have a slight sourness.
We had already had lunch at home - chicken broth was in store.
For lunch, chicken broth (300 g) with durum pasta (50 g ready-made) and about 40 g of chicken meat. The soup had 20 g of whole grain bread and 45 g of tomato.
Lunch turned out to be 385 kcal.
And, of course, I don't eat chicken skin.
After lunch, I took a sample with tea from dried fruits: 20 g of mango, 20 g of cranberries, and 20 g of dried figs (it turned out clearly by grams) with green tea - 160 kcal.
I forgot to tell you about figs. I also took a mini-fig for a sample, but I’m not happy, I won’t buy this one anymore, I’d rather take more cranberries next time.
During the day, there were still 15 g of peanuts - 80 kcal.
For some reason, I really wanted eggs. The body required a protein that it lacked?
For dinner, fried eggs from two eggs (for a very long time I did not come across eggs with two yolks - see photo) and 50 g of cucumber.
It turned out dinner for 290 kcal.
In total, I gained 1275 kcal per day.
I drank my water limit.
From tomorrow I want to start a little experiment. It occurred to me that you can try taking baths with sea salt to tighten the skin. I don't know if it will help me, but why not try?
I will gain impressions and then I will tell you if there is any result.
Now I need to find a video with a set of exercises with such an elastic band, but having already tried out the exercises that I know, I can say for sure that it is much more convenient and effective for me than with dumbbells and more muscles are being worked out. In general, I am satisfied, I will work.
