Who does not want to lie down for 5 minutes a day to get rid of the sides and abdomen?
I believed Dr. Fukutsuji's promise and decided to test it for myself.
Briefly about this exercise. Japanese doctor Toshiki Fukutsuji claims that if you lie down for 5 minutes every day, placing a roller under your back, you can get rid of your stomach and extra centimeters at the waist. Moreover, such changes should occur from the first time.
I enthusiastically took up the training. I twisted a roller with a diameter of 10 cm. I put it under my back at the level of the navel, I did everything clearly, as prescribed. I correctly connected the big toes and little fingers of the hands.
I did the same by placing a roller under my back at chest level, this is in order to straighten my back.
For a clearer understanding, I post an illustration from the Internet.
Now I will tell you about my impressions of this exercise. I did it for exactly 1 month. The most difficult thing was to connect the little fingers of the hands.
I twisted the roller out of a towel, at first it was difficult to lie down, but gradually I got used to it. And one more thing, you need to get up very carefully from this position, first you need to turn on your side and only then get up.
After performing this exercise, the waist decreased by 1 cm, and this happened on the second day. And that's it, more than a centimeter has not gone for a whole month. And nothing happened to the stomach, it did not decrease.
But the roller under the shoulder blades made a better impression, the shoulders straightened, there was a desire to straighten up. Therefore, for straightening the back, this exercise is very suitable and I will perform it in the future.
I draw a conclusion. With the help of Dr. Fukutsuji's exercise, it is possible to stretch the spine, straighten the back and improve posture. But don't expect a miracle. In any case, all my centimeters remained in their place.
I wonder if any of you have tried this exercise for yourself and how it helped you. Write in the comments.
