  2. Smoothing horizontal wrinkles on the forehead

The index fingers of both hands should be placed parallel to the eyebrows, but a few millimeters higher. Just firmly press the pads of your fingers to the skin so that your eyebrows cannot rise. Try, overcoming the resistance of your fingers, to raise your eyebrows. When the tension is at its strongest, freeze for 5 seconds. Now you can relax. Repeat the exercise 3 times.
  3. Elimination of vertical wrinkles on the forehead
    When performing the exercise, the muscle that helps to wrinkle the eyebrows will be involved. Place your fingers firmly on your eyebrows and forehead. Spread your hands, as if stretching the skin of your forehead. Then try to draw your eyebrows together as if you are frowning. Freeze in this position for 15-20 seconds. Pay attention: at this time there should be no wrinkles on the forehead, if there are any, stretch the skin with your hands even more. Relax. Repeat the exercise 3 times.
  4. Getting rid of bags and wrinkles under the eyes
    A great way to strengthen the lower eyelids, remove crow's feet and blue, give a look of freshness. Place the middle or index fingers on the outer corners of the eyes so that they fix the corners, but do not press too hard on the skin. Now open your eyes wide and squint your lower eyelid. You should feel it tighten. Breathe calmly. At the moment of the strongest tension, hold your breath for 15-20 seconds. Now relax. The exercise should be repeated 3 times.
  5. Correction of the oval of the face
    This exercise helps to remove the bulldog cheeks and the second chin, and also strengthens the neck. Open your mouth and put your middle and index fingers behind your bottom teeth. Try to close your mouth, resisting the fingers pulling your jaw down. Stay in tension for 15-20 seconds. Now you can relax. Do the exercise 3 times.
  6. Strengthening the chin in the area under the lower lip
    Another part of the face that gives out age is the area between the lower lip and chin. With the help of this exercise, fat deposits on the chin, flabbiness of the lips and corners of the mouth are prevented. Place the index, middle and ring fingers of your hands immediately under the lower lip. Try to push the motionless fingers away with your lip. Maintain tension for 30 seconds. Relax. Do the exercise twice.
  7. Removal of nasolabial folds
    Put the pads of the index, middle and ring fingers of each hand to the teeth on the gum under the upper lip, hold them together. Close eyes. Open your mouth as wide as possible, saying the sound "o" out loud. The upper lip should feel tight. Do the exercise for one minute. To begin with, you should perform this exercise 2 times a day, and after a couple of weeks it will be possible to do it only once a day.
  8. Strengthening the entire eye area
    Place your index fingers on the eyebrows, pressing them, and bend the rest of the fingers. First, for 5 seconds, look down and to the left, as far as possible. Then gently raise your eyes without changing the direction of your gaze. Moving the eyes should be slow and take about 5 seconds. Then look to the left for 5 seconds, as far and as high as possible. Very smoothly, taking 5 seconds to move, look to the right, look as high as possible. Within 5 seconds, smoothly lower your gaze down without changing its direction. For 5 seconds, look to the right, as far and as low as possible. Now you can close your eyes, relaxing for 5-10 seconds. The exercise should be repeated three times.
  9. Shaping the chin
    This exercise involves the suprahyoid and hyoid muscles, which are extremely important for the formation of a beautiful line of the chin. Place your thumbs exactly in the middle under the chin. With your eyes closed, press down on your chin from below with your thumbs, resisting your head so that it cannot rise. Press down on the bottom of your chin with your fingers for one minute. This exercise should only be done once. After completing the exercise, you can massage the fat layer on the chin.
  10. Raising the corners of the mouth
    With this exercise, you can smooth out the nasolabial fold, lift the lowered corners of the lips. Place your index fingers at the corners of your mouth, pressing them lightly against the skin. Try, overcoming the resistance created by the fingers, as if to push up the corners of the mouth, lifting them up. At the most tense point, you should freeze for 30 seconds. Now you can relax. The exercise should be repeated 2 times.
