Eating toxic aldehydes or inhaling these poisonous compounds leads to an increased risk of cancer and various heart diseases. Perhaps the best thing you can do for your health is to give up sunflower oil and switch to butter or olive oil.

 

You can also try using regular baking parchment. Cut out a circle of parchment and cover the pan with it, so you can fry cutlets, meat, fish and syrniki without a drop of oil!

 

The taste of vegetable oil often overpowers the natural taste of the food you are cooking. By giving up sunflower oil, you will discover familiar dishes again ... Food without oil contains many times less calories, and this is important for everyone who wants to lose weight.

 

The studies of various scientists are sometimes contradictory and raise certain doubts. But in the case of vegetable oil, they are probably right ...
