Ingredients:
- 800 g cookies.
For coffee syrup:
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee;
- 2 teaspoons of sugar;
- 200 ml hot water.
For cream:
- 450 ml cream;
- 40 gr coconut;
- 400 gr of cottage cheese;
- 200 gr of powdered sugar.
For decoration:
- 3 bananas;
- cookie;
- coconut shavings.
Cooking method:
1. In a bowl, mix sugar and coffee. Add hot water and mix well.

2. For the cream, pour the cream into a bowl. Add cottage cheese, powdered sugar, coconut flakes and mix well.

3. Place a layer of cookies on a plate.

4. Soak it in coffee.

6. Add 1 banana slice.
