Many people think that the main problem this fall is who to vote for. In fact, the main problem is where to put all these zucchini?

Hello, dear readers of the channel "Just with Maria"! Greetings to my regular readers, as well as to all those who looked at me for the first time!
Do you agree that the best dishes are most often made with the minimum amount of simple and affordable ingredients?
Today I want to share with you a recipe for a small culinary masterpiece, which, without exaggeration, won the hearts of all my household members.
“Make more tomorrow!” is the highest praise from my top tasters. It is this phrase that you will hear after you prepare this yummy for your loved ones.
Meet: "chebureks" from zucchini! And for their preparation we need:
For the test -
Zucchini, peeled and peeled - 500 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
heaped spoons Flour - 100 g
Salt, black pepper, garlic - to taste
For the filling —
Chicken fillet — 200 g
Onion — 1 pc.
Cheese (any) - 50 g
Greens (I have parsley) - a small bunch
Salt, black pepper - to taste
For frying -
Sunflower oil - the minimum amount
Let's start cooking.
We rub the prepared zucchini on a coarse grater, salt a little and put it aside for 15-20 minutes so that they let the juice flow.
In the meantime, prepare the filling.
Saute chopped onion in a small amount of sunflower oil.
Then put the finely chopped chicken fillet in the pan and quickly fry it.
Add salt and black pepper.
Mix the filling well, spread the greens and leave to cool.
We return to the zucchini and make the dough.
Squeeze out the resulting juice and add the eggs to the bowl.
Next, spread the sour cream, salt (if necessary), pepper and garlic, passed through the press.
Add the sifted flour and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Zucchini dough is ready.
Lightly grease the pan with a cotton pad soaked in oil, and lay out 1/4 of the dough, gently leveling it with a spatula. Cover with a lid and keep on low heat for a couple of minutes.
Then spread 1/4 of the filling on one half of the dough.
Top with grated cheese.
We cover the filling with the second half of the dough and keep the “cheburek” under the lid for a couple more minutes.
Then turn it over with a spatula and simmer under the lid for another two minutes.
Attention! There is practically no oil in the pan. If you want to add more oil, then the cooking time for the "cheburek" must be reduced!
Cooking the rest of the pasties. Serve hot with sour cream or any other sauce you like.
Do not leave the channel: at the end of the publication you will find a photo of "chebureks" in the section!
Enjoy your meal! I recommend cooking: it is really very tasty!
