Do you like to eat a sandwich with sausage, but are afraid to buy it in the store? There is a way out: a very tasty homemade boiled sausage, the recipe of which I will now share with you, will make you forget about store-bought sausage forever. Boiled chicken fillet sausage is so tender, so tasty that you will cook it every day. You can make sandwiches out of it, add it to salads, fry it in a pan with scrambled eggs, and anything you like. Products for such a sausage will need a minimum, and time too. But the result will exceed all expectations!

Ingredients:

    500 grams of chicken fillet; 0.5 teaspoon of oregano; 1 clove of garlic; 1.5 teaspoons of salt; 200 milliliters of cream (20% fat content); 0.5 teaspoon of black ground pepper; 2 chicken proteins; 30 milliliters of beetroot juice.

Chicken fillet must be washed and dried. Cut it with a sharp knife into small cubes. Always cut off the white films from it, although they are thin, they can ultimately spoil the quality of the cooked product. Peel the garlic. We need a little, just one tooth. Put the chopped chicken fillet and a clove of garlic into the blender bowl. Grind them to a homogeneous mass. Add cream to chopped meat. And we keep pushing on. Whip at low speed first so that the cream and minced meat do not splatter, then you can increase the speed. Raw chicken proteins are sent to the minced meat and beat until they are mixed together. When the minced meat becomes homogeneous, add salt, oregano, ground black pepper and pour in the beetroot juice. Tip: For sausage, use homemade, freshly made juice. Just to do this, grate the beets on a fine grater and squeeze the juice through cheesecloth. Or use a juicer. Once again, beat everything well with a blender. The color of minced meat should be bright pink, and the mass should be homogeneous. We spread the foil on the table and put half of our sausage mince into it. We wrap it in the form of a candy, fixing the sides well. In order for the minced meat to be evenly distributed on the foil, a cling film should be placed under it, and with its help, the minced meat should be leveled. We transfer the candy obtained from the foil into two plastic bags so that it does not fall out during cooking. With the second half of the minced meat, which we have left, we do exactly the same. Pour water into a large saucepan and bring it to a boil. We lower packages with the future sausage into it. You need to cook sausage under a closed lid. As soon as the water boils again in the pan, we count 30 minutes. In order for the color of the sausage to be uniform, be sure to turn the sausage four times during cooking. Remove the sausage from the water and let it cool completely. We store our sausage in the refrigerator, wrapping it in clean, dry foil or a plastic bag. Boiled chicken sausage is ready. It was not difficult for us to cook delicious sausage at home. But we got a real sausage, without any artificial colors and additives.
