Components:
- wheat flour - 400 g;
- cane sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- baking powder - 1 tsp ;
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.;
- butter - 150 g;
- egg - 3 pcs. ;
- cherry berries - 50 pcs.;
- cherry jam - 50 g;
- powdered sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking
1. Sift flour with baking powder into a fairly deep bowl, add sugar, mix.
2. Add sour cream with eggs, crumble butter and quickly knead the dough.
3. Roll out the dough in the form of an elongated rectangle 0.8 cm thick. Spread the edge with jam and put 50 cherries in a row on it.
Roll the dough into a tube and cut into pieces with two cherries inside. 4. Put on a baking sheet, which is covered with paper, and put in the oven for 20 minutes (at a temperature of 180 gr.)
5. Sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar.
Note. Such cookies with berries will turn out crispy, not cloyingly sweet, with a slight sourness. For the filling, it is better to take fresh, canned or frozen cherries (pitted). Inside the cookies, you can put other fruits, dried fruits and even nuts along with cherries.
Bon appetit!
