Cooking:

Cut 6 lemons in half and add water.

Boil water for 3 minutes.

Set the pot aside to cool for 10-15 minutes.

Eliminate lemons and pulp from water.

Drink hot lemon water.

Pour the rest of the warm water into a glass jar for later use.

Note: You can add honey to your cup of tea!
