Exercise "Star" From the hanging age belly and cellulite on the legs, hips. 4 minutes a day
Age hanging belly, cellulite on the legs and hips is very difficult to overcome and get rid of it all. Unfortunately, many people, having chosen a completely wrong method and not having achieved a certain positive effect, despair and accept the problem as it is, living with it, and sometimes even after more and more “jamming” it.
Also, some of us simply have no time to take care of ourselves and spend a lot of time on physical exercises.
But even here there is a way out of a difficult situation.
Exercise "Star" is very simple and very effective in the fight against drooping age belly and cellulite on the legs, hips, while requiring a very minimum amount of time spent on it - all about 4 minutes a day.
And now a little about how we will do it. We stand up straight, while the legs are shoulder-width apart. Then we raise the right leg to the side, while aiming it as high as possible. At the same time, we will raise our right hand. Let's do this a couple of times.
Then do the same with the left arm and leg. Then again we return to the right side of the body. So we repeat the exercise for at least 20 visits. If the beginning is difficult for you, then make sure to take a short break between exercises.
This technique is easy and will definitely work for everyone the first time.
But here it is very important how you do this exercise. Legs need to be raised with some tension in the muscles and as much as possible. After you finish doing the exercise - do not rush to immediately lie down or sit down to rest.
It is very important to start to bring your breathing back to normal, because it greatly affects the proper functioning of the heart. And we do not need any complications with this organ of the body. It will be possible, for example, to shake the limbs slightly for a couple of minutes. Only then will our physical activity be completed and we can proceed to our own business.
