Convinced that the simpler, the tastier. My favorite pastry: I cook with different fillings

Share Link:

A very simple dough, but it turns out incredibly tasty with any filling! It has long been convinced that the simpler, the tastier! Today I have a tear-off pie with cabbage.

I'll make the dough. I add salt, sugar, dry yeast to the sifted flour. I mix.

I add vegetable oil and warm water. Instead of water, sometimes I take milk or potato broth - it turns out even tastier.

I knead the dough. It should not stick to your hands. If it sticks, I add a little more flour. But just a little, so as not to “hammer” the dough with flour! I spread the dough in a bowl and leave to rise in a warm place for 40-50 minutes.

Then I transfer the dough to the board and divide it into 10-12 parts.

I collect each piece into a ball. Then I form a cake from the ball. You can use a rolling pin, but I usually do it with just my hands. In the video you can see the whole process in more detail.

I spread the filling on each cake and form such an open pie:

The filling can be anything. At the end of the article I will leave a link to 15 types of fillings with which I cook such a pie. Today I have cabbage pie. I grease the mold with oil and put the pies in it.

I leave it on the table for another 10 minutes, then put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 25 minutes, I grease the pie with whipped yolk with milk. And leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Focus on your oven. This is how the cake should brown:

I leave it in the form to cool slightly, and serve. This is delicious! And most importantly - it's easy!
