Malasana Technique: Do the exercise every day and your body will be transformed

There is such an ancient technique called "malasana".

If you allocate only a few minutes a day for such an exercise, your body will soon thank you.

Exercise can do a lot: it breaks down fats, tones the organs in the abdominal cavity, eliminates menstrual irregularities and alleviates pain during menstruation.

Mala means "garland". In the pose, the arms hang like garlands, hence the name. There are two techniques for performing the asana, each of which is described below.

Technique

  1. Squat deeply and lower your pelvis to the floor with your feet together. Press your soles and heels firmly into the floor. Lift your pelvis off the floor and balance.
  2. Spread your knees wide apart and move your body forward.
  3. As you exhale, move your hands in front of your feet and lower your palms to the floor.
  4. Alternately put your hands behind your back and clasp your fingers.
  5. Stretch your back and neck up.
  6. Stay in this position for 30 seconds - 1 minute. Breathe in a normal rhythm.
  7. Exhale as you bend forward and lower your head to the floor. Hold the pose for 30 seconds - 1 minute. Breathe in a normal rhythm.
  8. While inhaling, lift your head off the floor and return to the position described in paragraph 5.
  9. Release your hands, sit on the floor and relax.
