Clean food and exercise are the key to good health
A Thai man who claims to be 128 has revealed the secrets to his longevity. His identity card confirms that he was born during the reign of King Rama V on April 9, 1891, according to JNE.
Orn Parnchompoo and his young wife, 70-year-old Song Parnchompoo, have 7 children and 11 grandchildren, who live together in the village of Ni Sombun in the Sithart district in northeastern Thailand.
He says clean eating and exercise are the secret to his longevity. He showed his strength by sweeping his wooden house and climbing the stairs.
“All my friends have died and I still miss them. If possible, I would like to live to be 200 years old, ”said Orne.
According to Wikipedia, the oldest known living person is Gustav Gernet from Germany at the age of 113.
