The sauce is so good that you definitely need to share it! It can be used as an addition to vegetables, meat, spread on bread, etc. and so on.
WILL NEED:
- 1 onion
- 3 red bell peppers
- 1 tbsp.
tahini paste - 3 tablespoons
with a hill of cashew nuts * - salt to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Wash the pepper, bake in the oven or fry in a dry frying pan until black marks.
Put in a bag, leave for 10 minutes, then remove the peel and seeds. Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan.
Onion cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
Grind the nuts into flour with a blender.
Add all other ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth.
* - the first time I used what was at hand instead of cashews, namely pumpkin seeds, the next time I tried to add almonds, peanuts, and, in fact, cashews. The taste is different, but delicious with any nuts, so experiment.
