Creamy homemade cheese
What could be tastier than homemade food prepared with love!
Cheese can be served as an appetizer, added to a salad, or spread on toast in the morning.
Ingredients:
- Sour cream 500 ml
- Kefir 500 ml
- Dill 1 bunch.
- Salt 1 tsp
Cooking:
Fold the cheesecloth 6 times.
Line a colander with gauze. Mix kefir, sour cream, add salt and pour the mass into prepared dishes. Cover and put under oppression, send in the refrigerator for two days.
Finely chop the dill.
Form a loaf of cheese and roll in finely chopped dill. If you want to spice up the cheese, you can add a couple of garlic cloves passed through a press to the dill.
