Sweet pumpkin and orange salad
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 250 g
- Orange - 1 pc.
- Raisins 50-80 gr.
- Chocolate - 90 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
- Butter - 15 g
- Milk cream - 3 tbsp. l.
- Water - 40 ml
- Vanilla - 1/2 tsp
Cooking method
- Step 1 We clean the pumpkin, wash it, cut it, put it on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until soft.
- Step 2 Pour raisins with boiling water and leave for 5-10 minutes. Drain the water, lay the raisins on a paper towel and dry.
- Step 3 Peel the orange, divide into slices. We clean the slices from the film and cut in half.
- Step 4 Cool the baked pumpkin well and cut into cubes.
- Step 5 Put sugar in a small saucepan, add water and heat over low heat until sugar dissolves. Then add the chocolate broken into pieces, butter, cream and vanilla extract. Mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Step 6 Put slices of pumpkin and orange on a plate, raisins on top, pour over with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
