Sweet pumpkin and orange salad

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin - 250 g
  • Orange - 1 pc.
  • Raisins 50-80 gr.
  • Chocolate - 90 g
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Butter - 15 g
  • Milk cream - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Water - 40 ml
  • Vanilla - 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Step 1 We clean the pumpkin, wash it, cut it, put it on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until soft.
  • Step 2 Pour raisins with boiling water and leave for 5-10 minutes. Drain the water, lay the raisins on a paper towel and dry.
  • Step 3 Peel the orange, divide into slices. We clean the slices from the film and cut in half.
  • Step 4 Cool the baked pumpkin well and cut into cubes.
  • Step 5 Put sugar in a small saucepan, add water and heat over low heat until sugar dissolves. Then add the chocolate broken into pieces, butter, cream and vanilla extract. Mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  • Step 6 Put slices of pumpkin and orange on a plate, raisins on top, pour over with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
