Mackerel baked with garlic and paprika

The recipe came to me from my neighbor and was written down in my notebook for a long time, but I decided to try it out not long ago and I liked the fish so much that the recipe had already taken root. And now I am sharing the recipe with you, it is very easy to prepare, see for yourself.

INGREDIENTS

Mackerel -2pcs.

Garlic - 3 teeth

Olive oil -2 tbsp.

Salt - 1 tsp (incomplete)

Sweet paprika -1 tsp

COOKING METHOD

We take 2 fresh-frozen mackerel, I don’t let it melt to the end, it’s more convenient to separate the fillet. Divide into fillets, for this we remove the insides and bones.

Let's prepare the spices. Put an incomplete teaspoon of salt in a bowl, chop 2-3 cloves of garlic, pour in 2 tbsp. Olive or sunflower oil. Add 1 tsp. with a small slide sweet paprika and mix. Divide the mixture into 4 fillets and distribute evenly over the fish.

We leave the fish to marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. This is the main thing, the longer the better. Now put the fish on a baking sheet and bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.

The fish is juicy, tender and tasty. With potatoes or rice, just overeating. And it’s not a shame to serve such a fish on the festive table.
