Very easy recipe! Incredibly delicious! Melts in your mouth!
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. Mackerel fresh-frozen
- 1 bulb
- 2 tbsp. l. rast. oils
- 15 g Gelatin
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- 2 pickles
- salt, pepper, garlic
Steps
Fry onions with carrots on rast. oil.
Cool down. Boil and grate eggs on a coarse grater.
Cucumbers cut into thin slices.
Peel the mackerel, cut from the bottom, remove all the bones.
Put the mackerel fillet on cling film.
Sprinkle with salt and half of the gelatin, put the roasted carrots and onions on top, salt.
Sprinkle with grated egg, salt and sprinkle with the remaining gelatin.
Lay pickles along the edge of the mackerel.
Using cling film, roll up the roll, stretch and tie with threads.
We lay the workpiece in a saucepan with hot water and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Turn over to the other side and cook the same amount under a closed lid.
Cool and refrigerate overnight.
Cut into slices with a wide knife, serve with potatoes or as toast on bread.
