Salad "Helel"

Unique taste! Very beautiful and tasty Helel salad will decorate any festive table. Thanks to the products included in its composition, it has a complex, unique taste! Very tasty and beautiful!

Ingredients:

  • champignons - 300 gr
  • chicken fillet - 300 gr
  • sour cream - 150 gr
  • cheese - 100 gr
  • chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • small can of pineapple
  • kiwi - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 head
  • mayonnaise - to taste

Cooking:

  1. Place lettuce leaves in a shallow salad bowl.
  2. Cut mushrooms and onions and fry them in sour cream. Cool and put in a salad bowl on lettuce leaves.
  3. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool and cut into pieces. We spread the second layer, grease with mayonnaise.
  4. We rub the boiled eggs on a coarse grater, grease with mayonnaise. We cut the canned pineapples into small cubes, lay them out in the next layer and grease with mayonnaise. We immediately form the desired shape, as in the photo.
  5. The last layer is cheese, grated on a medium grater.
  6. Make neat circles with mayonnaise on top and decorate with kiwi slices.
