The most delicious "QUAIL" Legs in the world!
Ingredients:
Dough:
● 200 ml.
kefir ● salt
● 0.5 tsp.
soda ● flour grams 250-300
Filling:
● 500 g minced chicken
● 2 onions
● 5 cloves of garlic (I do not have garlic)
● salt, ground black pepper
For decor "legs":
● 2 packs of salt straws
● 1 egg for breading
● breadcrumbs
Cooking:
Dough first.
I did it my way. Put salt and soda into kefir, mix and add flour. Do not add all the flour at once, add a little and stir with a spoon. As it becomes difficult to mix, put it on the table and knead a not very dense dough. Let the dough rest while we work on the filling.
Filling: minced chicken, onion through a blender, salt and pepper.
If you have chicken fillet, then pass it through a meat grinder along with onions. Mix well. Roll out the dough and cut out circles with a glass. Put a straw on each circle in the center so that the edges extend beyond the circle.
I had such a straw (if anyone is interested). Put minced meat on each circle with straws. Pinch the edges. To cut in half. Prepare the beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Dip the "leg" in the egg (you can help yourself with a brush). Then roll in breadcrumbs (you can also sprinkle with your hands). Fry on both sides. oil over low heat. Put the fried pieces on napkins to absorb excess fat. And here are the finished legs. It turned out a lot!
Bon appetit!
