Turmeric Paste
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup filtered water

- 1 cup coconut milk (hemp is also an option)
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp (or more) turmeric
- raw, unpasteurized honey to taste
Instructions:
- Combine turmeric, pepper and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until you get a thick paste. Let the pasta cool.
- Combine all ingredients minus honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until cooked, but do not boil.
- When the mixture has cooled, add honey to taste.
